Terms of service
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Mini Heimat online shop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Seller information
The Mini Heimat online shop is operated by Matcha Time GmbH, Funkenbüelstrasse 8, 9243 Jonschwil. Email: hallo@miniheimat.ch
3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm shipment of the goods. An automatic order receipt confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the purchase offer.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in CHF including VAT, plus shipping costs. Payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, TWINT, Klarna. Payment is due upon ordering and is charged via the selected payment method. If no purchase contract is concluded, any amount already charged will be fully refunded.
5. Delivery and shipping
Delivery is within Switzerland. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Delivery time: 5 to 7 business days after receipt of payment. Risk passes to the buyer upon shipment.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, we voluntarily offer a 10-day return period from receipt of the goods for unworn, unwashed products in their original packaging.
Exceptions:
- Worn, washed or damaged products
- Discounted items and gift cards
Returns are only possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns without prior arrangement will not be accepted. A processing fee of CHF 10 per order applies to returns and will be deducted from the refund amount. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
7. Defects and complaints
Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Defects must be reported within 5 days. In the case of justified complaints, we offer a replacement or refund.
8. Liability
We are only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. We accept no liability for indirect damage or improper use.
9. Errors and pricing errors
We strive to present all product information correctly. Obvious errors in prices or product descriptions entitle us to subsequently cancel or adjust orders. The assessment of whether an obvious error exists is made by Matcha Time GmbH. Payments already made will be fully refunded in such cases. Further claims are excluded.
10. Data protection
Your data is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Jonschwil SG (Switzerland), unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
12. Language provisions
In the event of discrepancies in the interpretation of any provision, the German version shall prevail.
