Refund policy

Return policy
In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. However, we voluntarily offer a 10-day return period from receipt of the goods for unopened products in their original packaging.

Conditions for returns
The goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their unopened original packaging. Returns are only possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us via our contact form before sending anything back. Returns without prior arrangement will not be accepted.

Costs
A processing fee of CHF 10 per order applies to returns and will be deducted from the refund amount. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Excluded from returns
Opened or damaged products, worn items, discounted items and gift cards.

Refund process
After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase amount minus the CHF 10 processing fee via the original payment method. Processing usually takes place within 14 days of receiving the return.
